Transparent, fixed fees — no surprises. Know exactly what our advice costs before you pick up the phone.
At AJM Financial we believe you should know exactly what our advice costs before you get in touch. Unlike many brokers, we publish our fees — and we keep them deliberately low, because we'd rather build a long-term relationship than charge a large one-off fee.
Your initial consultation is always free and without obligation.
In addition to our fee, we will receive a procuration fee (commission) from the mortgage lender on completion. This will be very similar whichever lender you choose, and we will always tell you the exact amount before you apply.
We discuss your circumstances and what you want to achieve — no cost, no obligation.
As a whole-of-market broker we compare deals across the full range of lenders.
Our fee is due only once your mortgage offer is issued. No offer, no fee.
Whatever your circumstances, you will always receive full written confirmation of our fee, and the commission we receive from the lender, in your personalised disclosure documents before you proceed. There are never any hidden charges.
Only once your mortgage is fully approved and the lender has issued your mortgage offer. If we don’t secure you an offer, you pay nothing.
You only ever pay our fee once per purchase or remortgage — no matter how many applications it takes. If your purchase falls through and you find another property, or we need to switch you to a different lender part-way through, we’ll handle the new application at no extra charge. One fee covers the whole journey until you complete.
It’s a commission the lender pays us for arranging your mortgage. It doesn’t add anything to your costs, it’s very similar whichever lender you choose, and we’ll always tell you the exact amount before you apply.
No — our advice on life insurance, critical illness and income protection is provided at no charge. We receive commission from the insurer if you take out a policy.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Whole-of-market broker. No obligation.
